We are looking for a Chef to lead the back‑of‑house, food‑led catering operation at Central Park Greyhound Stadium. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll oversee all kitchen and snack bar activities, ensuring exceptional food quality, strict compliance with food safety standards, and efficient cost control across both race day and non‑race day events.

Working closely with management, you’ll take responsibility for menu execution, stock control, purchasing, and financial performance, while driving high standards in hygiene, HACCP compliance, and allergen management. You’ll maintain strong staff relations and a safe, productive working environment.

This varied role requires strong organisational skills and flexibility, with a working pattern that includes evenings and weekends. You’ll play a key part in delivering outstanding customer experiences through consistent food quality and smooth kitchen operations.
