Join our team at Central Park Greyhound Stadium! We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Food & Beverage Assistant. These exciting and varied roles offer the chance to work in a lively, fast-paced hospitality environment, ensuring our guests enjoy the very best experience. Please note this role will require working evenings and weekends.

About the Role

You’ll play a key part in delivering excellent service across our bars and restaurant areas. Duties may include:

  • Serve customers in a friendly, professional and efficient manner at all times.
  • Advise guests on available products and promotions, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Set up and maintain bars, tables and service areas with appropriate stock, glassware, and condiments.
  • Take and process food and drink orders accurately using the tills and POS systems.
  • Serve beverages, including wines and spirits, in accordance with licensing laws.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all work and public areas, following Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines.
  • Support with stock rotation, waste recording, and basic cleaning duties before, during and after service.
  • Handle cash and card payments securely and accurately.

Previous bar, waiting or cash-handling experience is desirable — but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
