About the role: Follow the company's Food Safety Management System and help maintain high food safety standards.
Build and maintain good knowledge of products, including new and updated menu items.
Support stock management, including stock rotation, deliveries, and reporting low stock levels.
Prepare and serve food in line with company procedures and quality standards in any of our catering units.
Maintain a good understanding of allergens and follow all relevant food safety requirements.
Monitor and record food temperatures, quality checks, and wastage to ensure compliance and reduce waste.
