Arena Racing Company is seeking a motivated individual to join the kitchen team at Wolverhampton Racecourse. You will support the culinary staff in a busy environment, helping to maintain cleanliness of work areas and public spaces before, during and after opening hours.
Key duties include operating plate wash and pot wash machines, daily maintenance and cleaning, assisting in stock rotation and safe food storage, and following Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines.
