We\’re on the hunt for a Casual Restaurant Supervisor to join our friendly team at the Holiday Inn, right here at Wolverhampton Racecourse. You\’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly and giving our guests a great experience. What you\’ll be doing:

Responsibilities

• Supervising restaurant and bar service during busy shifts
• Supporting and guiding the front-of-house team
• Making sure guests are looked after and service standards are met
• Handling guest queries and keeping the vibe positive
• Pitching in where needed – from setting up to closing down

Qualifications

• Has previous hospitality or supervisory experience
• Is confident, friendly, and enjoys leading a team
• Can stay calm under pressure and keep things moving
• Is flexible and happy to work a mix of shifts, including evenings and weekends
