The person we are looking for as Casual Steward has….
- Providing friendly and helpful customer service throughout the event.
- Checking or scanning tickets at designated entrances.
- Supporting customer-facing gate and barrier positions.
- Directing guests to entrances, exits, viewing areas, hospitality facilities and other parts of the racecourse.
- Answering questions about the racecourse, the event and available facilities.
- Assisting with the orderly movement of guests through entrances, queues and public areas.
- Supporting car parking operations by directing vehicles to designated parking areas within the racecourse.
- Monitoring customer-facing areas and reporting concerns to the Safety Officer or Duty Manager.
- Following instructions provided during event briefings.
- Supporting colleagues in other customer-service areas when required.
- Representing Wolverhampton Racecourse and Arena Racing Company professionally at all times.
