Nottingham Greyhound Stadium has an exciting opportunity for Casual Waiting Staff to join our team. Applicants must be aged 16 or over and the role will be based in Nottingham. We are looking for team members with experience in customer-facing and hospitality roles who can provide a professional, friendly and efficient service at all times.

Availability Requirements

  • Available throughout the year, including December
  • Available to work every Friday, with the occasional Monday
  • Flexible to meet business demands

Role Responsibilities

  • Cover Bar, Waiting on Tables, and Food & Drink Running
  • Deliver excellent customer service in a welcoming, professional manner
  • Prepare and lay up service areas for food and beverage service
  • Serve food, wine and drinks efficiently and accurately
  • Operate tills and handle payments in line with company procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness of work and public areas, adhering to Health & Safety and licensing regulations
  • Monitor stock levels, minimise waste and complete relevant records
  • Work independently or as part of a team to ensure all guest needs are met
