Are you looking for flexible, hands-on work in a unique equine environment? Lingfield Park Resort is looking for a Casual Stable Assistant to support our team on an as-needed basis, particularly around race days and equine events.
Key Responsibilities
- Muck out stables to high standards, in line with British Horseracing Authority (BHA) requirements.
- Assist the Stable Manager with preparations for race days and other events.
- Use a range of machinery.
- Handle and manage stable bedding.
- Carry out ad hoc tasks supporting the Estates team.
- Follow all Health & Safety protocols on site.
What We’re Looking For
- Awareness and confidence working around horses (note: no direct horse handling required).
- Experience using machinery such as tractors is beneficial.
- Basic knowledge of BHA regulations is desirable - training will be provided.
