Arena Racing Company is seeking enthusiastic people to join the Grounds Team at Worcester Racecourse on a casual basis. You’ll help maintain turf and all-weather surfaces, operate tractors and machinery after training, and keep the site clean and welcoming for race days.

Expect a busy, varied environment with training from an experienced team and opportunities to progress. Evening, weekend, and bank holiday work is required.
