Lingfield Park Resort, part of Arena Racing Company, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team and help deliver high-quality food and dining experiences for guests at Lingfield.
You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to oversee food preparation, maintain hygiene standards and support stock control and waste reduction, ensuring efficient service across lunch and dinner shifts.
