What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing a warm, professional welcome to guests during the night shift
- Managing overnight check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries
- Supporting night audit procedures and completing admin tasks accurately
- Handling guest feedback or concerns and ensuring follow-up is completed
- Conducting regular safety and floor checks
- Keeping the handover log and daily records up to date
- Following all current procedures and new company updates
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a hotel front office role (night shift preferred)
- Comfortable using hotel systems – experience with Opera is a plus
- A great communicator who is calm, professional, and approachable
- Someone dependable, open, and happy to work independently overnight
- A team player who supports colleagues and takes pride in their work
A DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
