We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Hospitality Manager to join Chepstow Racecourse, with regular travel to Ffos Las Racecourse.

Role Overview

The Hospitality Manager oversees hospitality for race days and EVH events, developing and maintaining operational standards, driving growth through revenue, service, and cost management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning staffing for race and non-race days
  • Managing labour costs and stock levels
  • Collaborating on food & beverage development
  • Leading hospitality and EVH events
  • Training staff to ensure quality service
  • Coordinating event setup and administration
  • Customer engagement and complaint resolution
  • Ensuring professional appearance and conduct
  • Safety, environmental, and financial compliance
