Manage, schedule and maintain records of all health and safety audits and their output action plans including associated risk reduction through timely action planning, resourcing and follow up activities. Oversee and organise safety training for internal staff and develop and expand external training commercial opportunities. Key responsibilities for the role will include (please see attached JD for further information): Undertaking audits across the estate and monitoring the completion of actions arising out of audits. Responsible for ensuring effective close out of corrective actions raised, open incident reports, and track progress of compliance. Provide monthly reports to the H we will ensure that individuals with additional needs are provided reasonable adjustments to participate in the job application or interview process and to perform essential job functions.
