What you’ll be doing:
- Support the Grounds Manager in delivering year-round track and grounds maintenance programmes.
- Prepare and maintain the racing surface before and during race and trial meetings using tractors, attachments, and specialist machinery.
- Maintain all external areas including grass, car parks, and public spaces ensuring they’re clean, tidy, and looking their best.
- Assist in the maintenance and testing of track and kennel equipment.
- Uphold health and safety standards and ensure full compliance with GBGB rules and regulations.
- Work closely with the racing, kennels, and officials teams to help deliver smooth, safe, and successful race meetings.
- Promote and prioritise greyhound welfare in all duties.

- The ability to stay calm and organised under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a positive team spirit.
- A love of working outdoors in all seasons.
