About the Role
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation, strategic direction, and commercial performance of Sittingbourne Racecourse. You'll lead a diverse team across racing, events, hospitality, and grounds management, ensuring every visitor enjoys a world-class experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the racecourse, including racing events, hospitality, and venue management
