The successful candidate will help coordinate the smooth operation of the hotel, ensuring high-quality customer care and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing guest registration, welcoming guests, handling the business center, telephone and concierge services, and reservations—delivering a unique guest experience that embodies our brand.

The person we are looking for as a receptionist has/is…

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role or hotel
• High level of interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Customer service focused (internal and external)
• Organised, systematic, and process-driven
