Casual Raceday and Event Stewards
ARC is the largest racecourse group in the UK, hosting races almost every day of the year. We focus on providing excellent experiences for raceday visitors, corporate clients, and families at our diverse venues.
We are seeking additional team members. Our workers are key to transforming good customer experiences into fantastic ones!
Possible duties include:
- Steward supervisory duties
- Gate and barrier steward duties
Customer service is vital, as stewards are often the first and last representatives customers meet. Enjoy interacting with customers, greeting them, helping locate entrances, and bidding farewell while informing them of upcoming events.
Requirements:
- Focus on delivering excellent customer service (Level 2 Spectator Safety certificate preferred)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Experience in hospitality or leisure industries
