We currently have an excellent opportunity to join our team at Uttoxeter Racecourse.

Uttoxeter Racecourse is one of the busiest racecourses within the Midlands, hosting many exciting race-days, including the Midlands Grand National.

Responsibilities:

• Serve customers efficiently, professionally, and courteously at all times.
• Ensure guests receive the highest standard of customer service.
• Promote a happy and welcoming atmosphere within the venue.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet guests\’ needs to the highest standard.
• Keep work areas stocked with glassware, ice, condiments, and other supplies.
• Serve food and beverages knowledgeably, and perform cleaning duties as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of work and public areas before, during, and after opening hours.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
