We’re looking for a Casual Bar & Cellar Lead to join our team at Nottingham Greyhound Stadium! The Casual Restaurant Bar & Cellar Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar and cellar, ensuring efficient stock management, quality control, and compliance with licensing regulations. This role includes maintaining inventory levels, ordering and organizing beverages, and ensuring proper storage conditions. The lead also supports service by upholding high standards in drink preparation, customer experience, and cleanliness, while working closely with management to optimise profitability and minimise waste.
