Working closely with the Financial Controller and senior leadership team, you'll play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic growth. This is a hands‑on position offering exposure to both strategic planning and operational delivery especially during high‑energy race day events. Responsibilities

  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Delivering insights that influence key business decisions
  • Partnering with senior leaders on planning and strategy
  • Driving cost control and value across the organisation
  • Supporting race day finance, from forecasting to post‑event reporting
  • Producing accurate and timely management accounts
  • Monitoring contracts to ensure value for money
  • Supporting balance sheet management and compliance
  • Preparing reports for senior management and the board
  • Building strong relationships across the business

Qualifications

  • Part‑qualified (or studying towards) ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Excellent IT skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach in a fast‑paced environment
