Working closely with the Financial Controller and senior leadership team, you'll play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic growth. Responsibilities
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Delivering insights that influence key business decisions
- Partnering with senior leaders on planning and strategy
- Driving cost control and value across the organisation
- Supporting race day finance, from forecasting to post‑event reporting
- Producing accurate and timely management accounts
- Monitoring contracts to ensure value for money
- Supporting balance sheet management and compliance
- Preparing reports for senior management and the board
- Building strong relationships across the business
Qualifications
- Part‑qualified (or studying towards) ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders
- Excellent IT skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, hands‑on approach in a fast‑paced environment
