We’re looking for a proactive Business Manager to support the Executive Director with the operational, commercial and logistical delivery of a busy racing and events venue. This is a varied, people‑focused role where no two days are the same—perfect for someone who loves problem‑solving, event delivery, and building strong relationships across teams, suppliers and customers.

  • Assist the Hospitality & Events Manager with show rounds, planning and customer engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, sponsors, contractors and industry stakeholders.
  • Uphold the venue’s brand values, ensuring facilities and service levels meet the highest standards.
  • Support safe working practices across the venue in line with H&S and operational policies.
  • Assist with marketing coordination—liaising with sales and marketing teams to create content and campaigns.
  • Oversee operational areas such as cleaning rotas, site setup, signage, suppliers and compliance.
  • Foster a flexible, collaborative working culture within the team.

Strong organisational and logistical planning skills. Hard‑working, flexible and a strong team player with a positive attitude. Understanding of H&S procedures, risk assessments, COSHH and safe systems of work.
