We require an experienced kitchen porter to work on a casual basis. This is a casual contract with no guaranteed hours; however, for the right person, regular work on a weekly basis will be available. The right attitude is essential for this position.
Duties to include:
- Using pot wash and glass wash machines
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
- Ensuring all kitchen and back of house areas are kept clean and tidy
- Receiving and recording deliveries
- Record keeping
This is a manual position and therefore will involve lifting and movement of large objects.
Essential Requirements:
- A positive can do attitude
- Good communication skills
- A personable nature
