Are you looking for flexible hands-on work in a unique equine environment? Lingfield Park Resort is seeking a Casual Stable Assistant to join our team on an as-needed basis, particularly during race days and equine events.
Key Responsibilities
- Muck out stables to high standards in line with British Horseracing Authority (BHA) requirements.
- Assist the Stable Manager with race-day and event preparations.
- Operate a range of machinery including tractors (experience required).
- Handle and manage stable bedding.
- Carry out ad hoc tasks in support of the Estates team.
- Follow all on-site Health & Safety protocols.
What We’re Looking For
- Awareness of and confidence working around horses (no direct horse handling required).
- Proven experience using machinery such as tractors essential for this role.
- Basic understanding of BHA regulations (training provided).
- A reliable flexible team player with a practical proactive approach to work.
