We focus on providing wonderful experiences for raceday visitors, corporate clients and families looking to enjoy our diverse venues. We are now looking for additional workers to join our team. Customer service is an important element of the duties of a Raceday Assistant, as they are often the first and last representatives of the ARC racecourse that customers meet during their day at the races. Workers should enjoy interacting with customers; greeting customers upon arrival, helping them to locate the entrances, bidding farewell to customers and informing them of future racedays.
