Home to the world’s oldest classic horse race, the St. Leger, Doncaster Racecourse is a unique multipurpose venue welcoming over 500,000 guests to over 35 fixtures each year and a full events calendar hosting events such as Weddings, Conferences, Boxing, Summer Crafting, Classic Car Show, Antiques Fayres and lots more. If that’s not enough, we also have on-site The Hilton Garden Inn boasting 154 bedrooms, 2 conference and exhibition suites, a banqueting site, Restaurant and Bar. About the Role of Hotel Sales Manager (9m MAT Cover): As our Hotel Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving the commercial success of the hotel by supporting sales, coordinating events and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Working closely with clients, the sales team and operational departments, you'll manage bookings from enquiry through to completion, ensuring every event is planned and executed to the highest standard. This varied role combines event coordination, sales support, marketing and administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, is highly organised and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You'll also contribute to the hotel's commercial growth through account management, social media, community engagement and promotional activities, helping to strengthen our brand and maximise business opportunities.
