Site Manager 📍Field Based We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team and oversee construction projects from start to finish.

You'll be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining health & safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations from project start through to completion.

Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.

Monitor project programmes and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.

Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.

Conduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks.

Manage site documentation, reports, and records.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to provide regular updates.

Identify and resolve site issues efficiently to minimise delays and risks.

Support the commercial team in managing project costs and resources.

Previous Site Manager experience within construction SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid qualification Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations Full UK Driving Licence
