About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to join Showblock, delivering high-end, technically complex temporary structures and event builds for some of the world’s most recognisable brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in live environments, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and can confidently manage multiple suppliers, budgets, and on-site teams while maintaining the highest Health & Safety standards. You’ll take ownership of projects from brief through to delivery, working closely with internal build teams, external suppliers, engineers, and clients to ensure every project is delivered safely, creatively, on time, and on budget.
What You’ll Do
- Turn client briefs into creative, buildable production solutions
- Produce 2D & 3D drawings and technical plans (SketchUp / AutoCAD / Vectorworks)
- Manage projects end-to-end — schedules, suppliers, budgets, and logistics
- Lead on-site builds and keep everything running smoothly
- Champion Health & Safety on every project
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in technical event production
- Proven experience delivering large-scale live projects
- Strong technical drawing skills
- Confident managing suppliers, budgets, and timelines
