Are you highly organised, detail-focused and confident managing multiple priorities at once? We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of projects from start to finish, working closely with the Senior Project Manager and wider operational teams. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous project coordination experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
About The Role
As Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are planned, coordinated and tracked effectively while meeting client requirements, deadlines and budgets. You’ll work closely with teams across the business including Operations, Sales, Technical, Procurement and Finance, as well as third-party suppliers and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment and planning activity to help ensure projects stay on track and within agreed timelines
- Maintain and update project documentation, internal systems and operational instructions to support smooth delivery
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure requirements are met and information is shared effectively
- Support tender submissions, accreditation and site access requirements, including obtaining completed RAMS for each job
- Monitor project budgets, invoicing, purchase orders and supplier information, including best price indexing for bought-in services
- Support month-end reporting, performance forecasting and analysis of monthly business trend data
- Provide general project coordination and administrative support as needed by the business
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator role
- Strong administrative, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Excellent attention to detail, with a methodical approach and good problem-solving ability
- Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience using Smartsheet would be an advantage
- Full UK driving licence
Additional Information
This role is predominantly office-based in St Ives, with some flexibility for remote working. There may also be the possibility to work from our Wantage hub. Travel within the UK, and occasionally Europe, may be required, including some overnight stays, so a valid passport is also needed.
