As a Site Operative, you’ll be right at the heart of the action — helping erect and dismantle temporary structures, supporting deliveries on site, and working closely with our Site Management teams to keep everything running smoothly. No two days look the same!

What You’ll Do:
- Assist with erecting and dismantling temporary structures, flooring and interiors as directed
- Load and unload vehicles on site
- Work safely with or around plant equipment (e.g., Forklift, Telehandler, Scissor Lift) if certified
- Follow site plans under supervision and adhere to all site rules and safety procedures
- Act as a positive team member and support less experienced colleagues
What we’re looking for:
- A great work ethic and willingness to get stuck in
- Someone physically fit and happy working outdoors in all types of weather
- Flexibility to travel and stay away when needed
- Good written and verbal English
- Good communication skills and punctuality
- Experience in construction or events is a bonus but not essential
- A positive attitude and desire to learn — full training provided!
