We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team and oversee construction projects from start to finish. You'll be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining health & safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations from project start through to completion.
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.
  • Monitor project programmes and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks.
  • Manage site documentation, reports, and records.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to provide regular updates.
  • Identify and resolve site issues efficiently to minimise delays and risks.
  • Support the commercial team in managing project costs and resources.

What You'll Need

  • Previous Site Manager experience within construction
  • SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid qualification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations
  • Full UK Driving Licence
