As a Mid-Level Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual content that supports the brand's communication and engages audiences across multiple digital channels. This role requires a solid design foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with marketing, product, and web teams to deliver consistent and high-quality visual assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Visual Execution
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets for digital platforms, including websites, social media, marketing campaigns, product-related materials, and internal communications.
- Translate briefs and business needs into clear, visually effective design solutions.
- Contribute ideas and visual concepts while following established design direction.
- Brand Consistency
- Apply brand identity consistently across all design outputs.
- Support the ongoing refinement of the brand's visual language as needed.
- Digital & Multimedia Assets
- Create static and lightweight animated assets for marketing and digital use.
- Apply a basic understanding of UI/UX principles when designing assets for web and product surfaces.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to execute design tasks efficiently.
- Take feedback constructively and iterate on designs to reach final, approved outputs.
- Workflow & Project Management
- Organize and maintain clear, well-structured design files so theyβre easy for all team members to understand and use, while following established workflows.
Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on graphic design experience specifically within the iGaming industry.
- A well-rounded portfolio showing digital design work.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
- Figma.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and how design decisions impact usability.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and general web design principles is a plus.
- Ability to demonstrate both creative thinking and practical problem-solving.
- Strong visual design skills with good attention to detail.
- Illustration skills.
- AI Image generation skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO and web analytics as they relate to visual design.
- Ability to work from briefs and guidelines while adding thoughtful design input.
- Good time management and prioritization skills.
