We build real‑money HTML5 slot games with a small, senior team. We use AI as a core part of how we develop not as an experiment, but as a genuine workflow.
The Role
You’ll lead development of our next generation of slot games. Hands‑on technical leadership, you’re still writing code. You’ll help define how AI‑assisted workflows get built into the studio’s process, and mentor a small team of strong engineers. Prior Slot Game Development Experience Is Non‑negotiable.
What You’ll Work On
- Lead development of new slot game titles from concept to production
- Build core game systems and reusable frameworks in JS/TS
- Prototype and ship quickly using AI‑assisted development loops
- Collaborate directly with designers and product to turn ideas into playable games
- Mentor and help grow the engineering team
Required
- Slot game experience - real‑money or social casino platforms (essential)
- Strong JavaScript / TypeScript HTML5 game development
- Rendering frameworks - PIXI.js, Phaser, or similar
- Comfortable using AI coding tools day‑to‑day (Claude Code strongly preferred)
- Strong architectural and system design thinking
- Able to ship production, quality software at pace
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with slot mechanics - reels, paylines, bonus systems, RNG
- Experience with slot math models, RTP, or volatility design
- Experience building reusable game engines or frameworks
