Overview
We’re looking for a KOL Growth Lead in Asia Pacific to expand our influencer and community marketing footprint. This isn’t just a buying role, it’s about creating, driving, and scaling narratives that move markets.
Responsibilities
- Leverage and expand your book of KOL and Telegram contacts across Asia Pacific.
- Aggressively negotiate and secure influencer posts, partnerships, and community deals.
- Shape and push narratives across KOL networks and Telegram groups to generate momentum.
- Drive KOL expansion into new languages and markets across the region.
- Track campaign ROI, optimize spend, and scale high-performing channels.
- Operate independently while aligning with leadership on growth targets.
Requirements
- Proven success in KOL growth, narrative marketing, and Telegram post buying.
- Strong network of Asian-based influencers and group admins.
- Fluent English; additional Asian languages (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese) a strong advantage.
- Aggressive growth mindset, a closer, a hustler, someone who can scale fast.
- Ability to craft hype, control sentiment, and amplify stories across communities.
- Must operate primarily in Asia Pacific time zones.
