The Opportunity Arena is a fast-moving technology business operating across multiple international jurisdictions. We are looking for a Company Secretary / Corporate Governance Associate to join our team and take ownership of the governance and administration of our global corporate structure.

This isn’t a back office filing role. You’ll sit at the intersection of legal, finance, and operations, working with senior stakeholders, external advisors, and Corporate Service Providers around the world. You’ll also be joining at a moment when AI is genuinely transforming how this kind of work gets done, and we want someone excited to be at the front of that shift.

If you’re early in your governance career, detail-obsessed, and want to build real international experience in a regulated, high-growth environment, this is a strong next step.

What You’ll Do
  • Corporate Governance & Entity Management
    • Support the administration of Arena’s international corporate structure, working with CSPs across multiple jurisdictions.
    • Manage changes in officers, statutory filings, and corporate records across group entities.
    • Maintain organised and accurate corporate registers, cap tables, and documentation.
  • Board & Legal Support
    • Prepare board materials, agendas, and meeting packs.
    • Draft and maintain board minutes, resolutions, and corporate documentation.
    • Support preparation and execution of agreements, contracts, and NDAs.
    • Liaise with external legal advisors and internal stakeholders as required.
  • Compliance & Onboarding
    • Assist with CDD / KYC documentation for PSPs, banks, gaming suppliers, and partners.
    • Support regulatory and compliance processes across jurisdictions.
    • Monitor filing deadlines and flag regulatory changes that affect group entities.
  • AI-Augmented Workflows
    • Use AI drafting tools to produce first drafts of minutes, standard agreements, and corporate documents — then apply your judgment to refine and approve them.
    • Leverage AI-assisted document management to maintain and interrogate corporate records efficiently.
    • Help develop and improve AI-supported workflows across the governance function.
  • Operational Support
    • Provide cross-functional administrative support across legal, finance, and HR where needed.
    • Act as a reliable point of contact for internal teams on entity and governance queries.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3-4 years’ experience in company secretarial work, corporate governance, legal administration, or corporate services.
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail; you take pride in accurate, well-maintained records.
  • Experience supporting corporate filings, board documentation, or entity administration.
  • Familiarity with CDD / KYC documentation processes.
  • Confident written communicator — able to draft clearly and concisely.
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams, time zones, and external partners.
  • AI-curious - you’re already using AI tools to work smarter.
Nice to Have
  • Experience working with Corporate Service Providers (CSPs).
  • Exposure to multi-jurisdiction corporate structures.
  • Background in gaming, fintech, or another regulated industry.
  • Progress toward ICSA / CGI qualifications or similar governance certifications.
  • Hands-on experience with AI productivity or document management tools.
Why Arena
  • Real international exposure from day one; you’ll work across multiple jurisdictions, not just support one market.
  • A genuinely fast-moving business where your work has visible impact.
  • A team that’s investing in modern tools and workflows, including AI so you grow your skills, not just your task list.
  • A role that evolves: as you develop, so does the scope of what you own.
