About Arena

Arena is a digital entertainment company building platforms people genuinely love and we build them differently. Since 2021, our portfolio has grown to include MetaWin, WOW Vegas, BetZoo Media, HIT.com, and Rolla, with further brands in development. Our teams operate across London, Malta, Gibraltar, and Miami. We’re not constrained by legacy systems or conventional thinking. We operate with an AI-first mindset, using modern technology and data-driven decision-making to move faster and build better products.

About HIT.com

HIT.com is Arena’s prediction markets platform, a new kind of product in a fast-moving, emerging category. We publish contracts across sports, politics, entertainment, culture, and beyond, giving users the ability to trade on real-world outcomes in real time. This is not a legacy product with legacy processes. We’re building the infrastructure, the frameworks, and the trading function from the ground up and the person in this role will be central to shaping how we do it.

The Role

We’re hiring a Trading Operations Analyst to join the markets team at HIT.com. This is a hands-on trading role: making markets, managing risk, and maintaining liquidity across the full range of contracts we publish. You’ll report into the Product Lead and work closely with the wider product and engineering team covering everything from day-to-day pricing and risk management through to settlement, reporting, and the strategic direction of the trading function. This is not a role for someone who wants to follow established playbooks. We’re building those playbooks. We need someone who sees that as an opportunity, not a challenge.

What You’ll Do

  • Markets & Pricing: Make markets across our full range of prediction contracts sports, politics, entertainment, culture, and more. Manage risk and exposure across the book, maintaining pricing integrity and market quality at all times. Maintain liquidity across a growing contract portfolio, using pricing to attract two-sided flow and manage thin books effectively. Support settlement accuracy across all contract types, ensuring outcomes are resolved correctly and efficiently.
  • Risk & Market Integrity: Monitor for unusual activity, information asymmetry, and market integrity issues in real time. Make fast, confident decisions during live events where pricing requires immediate, high-pressure responses. Build and maintain risk frameworks and operational run books that support a reliable, scalable trading function.
  • Analytics & Tooling: Build your own models and interrogate your own numbers. Analytical self-sufficiency is expected, not optional. Develop trading algorithms and custom tooling to improve operational efficiency and pricing accuracy; hands-on coding experience is essential, even if AI-assisted. Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate routine operations, and surface insights faster than traditional methods allow.
  • Reporting & Product Collaboration: Report on trading performance across core metrics: margin, liability, volume, and settlement accuracy. Feed trading insight directly back into product. You’ll have a genuine voice in shaping the platform’s direction. Contribute to the operational infrastructure that supports the long-term growth of the trading function.

What We’re Looking For

  • Essential: Proven trading experience in prediction markets, sportsbooks, exchanges, financial trading firms, or a comparable environment. Strong working knowledge of binary and fixed-odds pricing mechanics, and how to manage book risk on discrete outcomes. Genuine understanding of liquidity in practice, particularly how to manage thin books on a young platform and use pricing to generate two-sided flow. Comfortable operating in real time under pressure – live event pricing demands fast, confident, and accountable decision-making. Analytically self-sufficient: able to build models, interrogate data, and draw your own conclusions without reliance on others. Some hands-on coding experience enough to build trading tools and simple algorithms, even if AI-assisted. Available and responsive during UK and US hours, with flexibility around major global events.
  • Highly Desirable: Direct experience with prediction market platforms such as Kalshi, Polymarket, or similar. Background in iGaming, sports trading, or financial derivatives. Experience pricing non-sports markets such as politics, entertainment, culture, or tech events. Familiarity with the regulatory landscape around event contracts and how it differs from traditional gambling frameworks. Experience building trading operations infrastructure from scratch rather than maintaining an existing system. Knowledge of crypto markets and how stablecoin or on-chain settlement mechanics interact with traditional pricing models.

Who You Are

You find events and binary outcomes genuinely interesting, you think in probabilities naturally and you’re already reading the news through that lens. You’re a self-starter who doesn’t wait for direction: you see what needs doing and you do it. You have extremely high agency when you hit a problem, you work it out; you don’t escalate what you can figure out yourself. You’re comfortable with ambiguity. This is a new platform in a new product category, and you’ll be building frameworks rather than following them. You’re precise and detail-oriented because pricing integrity and settlement accuracy are non-negotiable. And you’re plugged in: you follow events, think about the world in probabilities, and spot mispriced narratives before others do.

What We Offer

Competitive salary commensurate with experience. A front-row seat at the launch and scaling of one of the latest new platforms in the prediction markets space. Genuine ownership and influence over how the trading function is built and run. A small, high-capability team where your impact is visible and immediate. Freedom to experiment, build, and shape a product category that is still being defined. International team culture across London and Miami. Access to cutting-edge tools, AI platforms, and a team that moves fast and backs bold ideas.
