Overview
We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to manage, grow, and optimize our affiliate partnerships within the sweepstakes social casino and crypto gaming sector. The ideal candidate will bring proven hands-on experience in a similar role, deep knowledge of the iGaming landscape, ideally with an existing network of crypto casino affiliates. This role directly reports to the Head of Affiliates within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, expand, and manage relationships with existing and new affiliate partners.
- Identify and recruit high-performing crypto casino affiliates.
- Negotiate partnership terms, commission structures, and promotional opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data to maximize ROI and player acquisition.
- Collaborate with marketing team, create tailored campaigns and affiliate material.
- Work closely with Finance teams to ensure smooth and streamlined affiliate commission payments processing, recording of invoices and assist with login of invoices and payment statuses.
- Provide day-to-day affiliate support, source, qualify, approve and onboard new affiliates.
- Perform profitability analysis, ensure tracking accuracy, manage affiliate data related instances and affiliate creatives.
- Provide insights, reports, and performance reviews to internal stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, market developments and competitor activities in the crypto and social casino space.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as an Affiliate Manager within online casino or crypto gaming operations.
- Established portfolio of active crypto casino affiliates and traffic partners is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in affiliate tracking software and analytics tools (e.g., Income Access, or similar).
- Understanding of player acquisition, retention, and conversion funnels in the iGaming industry.
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
