AREE is a new restaurant opening in Notting Hill in spring 2027, celebrating exceptional food, thoughtful drinks and genuine hospitality.
We’re looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to support the GM, lead the front-of-house team and ensure every service runs smoothly.
What you’ll do
Support the GM with daily restaurant operations.
Lead the floor and set high standards of service and hospitality.
Recruit, train and develop the front-of-house team.
Manage rotas, labour costs, stock and operational procedures.
Handle guest feedback and service recovery.
Ensure licensing, health and safety, and food safety compliance.
Support sales growth and commercial performance.

Has management experience in a quality, hospitality-led restaurant.
