We're looking for a Sous Chef who wants to raise standards, develop a team and help take the kitchen to the next level . Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll be a key part of the kitchen leadership team, helping to drive standards and push towards further Rosette recognition . You'll have the opportunity to: ???
