This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to lead a busy Food & Beverage operation across multiple outlets, including restaurant, bar, and leisure facilities such as golf and spa.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of all Food & Beverage outlets
- Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team to deliver exceptional service
- Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and guest experience
- Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships to drive profitability
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and food hygiene standards
- Work closely with other departments to maximise revenue opportunities
