Arecibo are delighted to be recruiting for a Head Chef for our client, a luxury 4 star hotel, one of the finest in the Aberdeen area. The hotel boasts over 25 bedrooms, meeting and conference facilities, a fabulous restaurant and is set within its own ancient grounds offering unrivalled views and breath-taking surroundings.
The venue is a 4-star, historic country house hotel set in over 2,400 acres of land.
The Ideal Candidate
As a Head Chef, you will have demonstrable experience in a similar environment, strong leadership qualities and management experience within the kitchen. You will have a great eye for detail and immaculate presentation standards alongside the passion to consistently exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Manage a busy kitchen and brigade with a focus on both quality and quantity.
- Responsible for managing costs in the kitchen, particularly around food GP and working within manning parameters.
- Maintain a safe, clean and tidy kitchen in line with current legislation.
