We are recruiting for an Executive Chef for our client, a prestigious 4-star hotel set in picturesque grounds. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and accomplished Executive Chef who combines creativity, passion, and ambition with excellent leadership skills. Youll be supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional fine dining and banqueting experiences.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team to deliver outstanding fine dining and banqueting experiences.
- Demonstrating your culinary expertise with a creative and innovative approach to menu creation.
- Managing food costs, achieving the hotels food GP target, and ensuring staffing is aligned with revenue targets and business needs.
- Overseeing stock control, team training and development, and ensuring adherence to company and legal health & safety compliance.
- Using your strong people skills to train, develop, and motivate the team to work together seamlessly in order to exceed guest expectations.
