We are recruiting for an Executive Chef for our client, a prestigious, 4 star hotel set in acres of picturesque grounds with idyllic views. The ideal candidate is an experienced and accomplished Executive Chef who combines creativity, passion and ambition with great leadership skills and demonstrable experience in a similar role with the ability to multitask delivering exceptional fine dining and banqueting experiences.
As Executive Chef you will beable to demonstrate successful culinary experience, you will have a creative & innovative flair for menu creation. An excellent business manager, you will be responsible for achieving the hotel food GP target; maintaining efficient manning to revenue targets & business needs; stock control; team training & development ensuring strict adherence to Company and legal health & safety compliance.
Your people skills will ensure that your Chefs and KPs are well trained and work as a team, with a passion to exceed guest expectations.
