Area 51 Education is looking for compassionate and reliable Community Support Workers to join our expanding team in North London (N8).
You will support young people and adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and complex medical needs. Responsibilities include providing person-centred care, supporting daily living activities, assisting with personal care, promoting independence and accompanying individuals on community outings.
You will also follow individual care plans, implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies and work closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with training, professional development and career progression opportunities.
