About the Role
As a Meetings & Events Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the success of the Cluster M&E department. You’ll help drive enquiry conversion, maintain exceptional service standards, and support the development of the team, ensuring every client and guest receives a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Enquiry Excellence: Ensure all enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally, meeting Radisson Hotel Group standards and agreed response times.
- Sales Conversion: Drive conversion from enquiry through to signed contract, utilising RHG tools, systems, and processes to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Team Support & Leadership: Support, coach, and assist team members to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Cluster Groups & M&E department.
- Client & Guest Experience: Deliver a consistently high level of service, ensuring both property and company standards are achieved.
- Sales Culture: Contribute to a proactive, sales-driven environment by identifying upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across departments to maximise client satisfaction and resolve challenges with a positive, solution-focused approach.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a Meetings & Events role, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience (preferred)
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a positive mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest and client experiences
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and booking/sales systems
