We are on the lookout for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our new solo children's home in London. If you are a confident leader with 2-3 years of management experience and a passion for supporting young people aged 9-17 with complex emotional and behavioural needs, we want to hear from you!

About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, safe, and nurturing care for children and young people in the home. Overall accountability for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the child.
- Maintaining robust safeguarding systems and effective multi-agency working
- Supervising and mentoring staff, organizing work patterns, and delivering care-focused training
- A Leadership and Management qualification (or willingness to work towards one) and NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People
- Strong childcare and safeguarding knowledge, including relevant legislation and regulations
- A genuine passion for children's homes and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for children and young people
This is a full-time role, and you will manage your own rota while participating in the on-call rota. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults, and expect all staff to share this commitment. Successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check.
