The suitable candidate will be a registered nurse with experience in working in General Practice. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe and effective general nursing care to the practice population. The candidate will work collaboratively with the whole practice to provide routine nursing duties and in addition will work closely to support the practice partners and clinical team to achieve the indicators identified across all our clinical programmes.

Main duties of the job include:

  • To be responsible for the implementation of processes for the effective management of patients with long-term conditions.
  • Childhood vaccination.
