The postholder will be responsible for managing and delivering the functions of the Estates Regulation (Marine Facilities & Car Parks) Service Unit, ensuring marine facilities and car parks operate in full compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory obligations, and industry best practice while supporting high-quality service delivery.
- This is a permanent, full-time post, working 36 hours per week.
- The working hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Friday 9.00 am to 4.30 pm.
