Responsibilities:

  • To assist with the efficient day to day running of City Hall, Bangor, or Church Street, Newtownards.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • To be flexible
  • Previous cleaning experience
  • Previous experience in record keeping
  • Must be prepared to work evenings and weekends
  • Must be prepared to work across all Council community centres/halls and any other Council building as required
  • Will be required to travel throughout the Borough and therefore must have access to a suitable form of transport which will enable the post holder to meet the requirements of the post.
  • Experience in caretaking and ability to use heavy cleaning equipment

  • SCP 1C, 3 - 4 £24,796 - £25,185 per annum Pro Rata
