Administrative Officer – Compliance Job ref: ST 12845 |Job type: Permanent Location: City Hall, Bangor|Salary: Scale 6, SCP 20 – 23, £31,586 – £33,366 per annum Quantity of Posts Available: 1 Closing date: Thursday 10 Jul 2025 16:00 Job summary The post holder will manage the administrative function of the compliance services, maintain an effective administrative support to the Head of Service and assist the Compliance Officers in the delivery of various statutory obligations placed upon the Council including Equality and Disability, Information Management (Freedom of Information and Data Protection), Land and Property and Health and Safety. To act as a liaison in dealings with other directorates within the Council and with the public in relation to the above services. Please note There is 1 permanent post working 36 hours per week Based in City Hall, Bangor A reserve list may be kept from this recruitment exercise Appointment will be subject to satisfactory completion of a medical questionnaire All correspondence in relation to the job vacancy will be completed by email and phone.
