Duties

- Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances, applying conflict resolution skills as necessary
- Provide first aid assistance when required, adhering to health and safety protocols
- Maintain a visible presence throughout the venue to deter undesirable behaviour
- Record incidents accurately in logs and report any security concerns to management
- Enforce venue policies consistently while delivering excellent customer service
Qualifications
