We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s Area 10 Highways contract. This role offers the chance to work across the North West highway network, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver key infrastructure projects that enhance and maintain one of the UK’s busiest motorway and trunk road networks.

Our client works in partnership with National Highways to ensure the safe and efficient operation of critical road infrastructure, delivering maintenance, improvement, and renewal schemes that support safer and more reliable journeys for road users.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role within the commercial team, supporting the successful delivery of schemes under the NEC Term Service Contract (TSC) framework. You will be responsible for driving commercial performance, managing risk, maximising value, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial professional looking to take ownership of key projects while supporting the development of junior team members.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

  • Lead the commercial management of highways and infrastructure schemes from inception through to completion.
  • Provide commercial support and advice to project teams.
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with projects.
  • Maximise value and drive commercial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
